Profhilo® treatment information

At PIFU Clinic, we believe it is essential that you are fully informed. Numbing cream

Step 1: Topical numbing cream is applied to your skin for 20–30 minutes to ensure maximum comfort during the procedure.

Skin preparation

Step 2: The numbing cream is thoroughly cleansed away, and a clinical antiseptic solution is applied across the treatment areas.

BAP injection technique

Step 3: Profhilo® is precisely administered into 5 Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) on each side of the face. The quick session takes around 15–30 minutes.

Renewed glow

Step 4: Skin hydration and firmness improve progressively. A protocol of 2 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended, followed by 6-month maintenance.

Is Profhilo® the same as a dermal filler?

No. While traditional dermal fillers add volume and alter facial structure, Profhilo® is a bio-remodelling agent composed of thermally stabilised, pure hyaluronic acid. It diffuses evenly beneath the skin to hydrate, firm, and stimulate elastin and collagen without altering your facial contours.

Can Profhilo® be combined with other aesthetic treatments?

Yes. Profhilo® works exceptionally well alongside lasers, energy-based skin tightening devices, and pigmentation treatments to promote healthy skin texture, elasticity, and comprehensive rejuvenation.

How many sessions are required?

An initial protocol consists of 2 treatment sessions spaced approximately 4 weeks apart. To maintain optimal skin hydration and firmness, maintenance sessions are usually scheduled every 4-6 months.
